We are the Inuit of Nunavik (Northern Quebec), and we have traveled this land since time immemorial to uncover its secrets and protect its treasures. Among these treasures are extraordinary plants that brave our long, harsh winter to flourish in splendor during the short Arctic summer. These plants have revealed their unique properties to us. With our herbal teas, we are now excited to share some of our traditions with you. We begin by gathering some of the most sought-after wild plants from the Nunavik tundra. They are then cleaned and dried by hand in an artisanal manner before being transported to Montreal, where they are blended with a skillful blend of herbs and spices to create herbal teas with an unexpected, rich, and memorable taste. Five varieties are available.
