How do I check my points balance?
Your balance is always visible in the Signé Local mobile app, in your account section.
Do my in-store purchases count?
Yes. Once your account is activated in the app, every purchase linked to your email earns points, in store and online, automatically.
Do I really need the app?
The app is only required to create and activate your account. Once your account is activated, you earn points on all your purchases, in store and online, without opening the app on each visit.
Do my points expire?
There is no cap on how many points you can earn. However, an account with no purchases for 24 consecutive months may be closed, with 30 days' notice sent by email.
Can I transfer or give away my points?
No. Points are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How do I redeem my points?
Directly in the app: points can be redeemed for products from the rewards catalogue or for Signé Local gift cards.
