Chocolaterie DouceSoeur

SweetSoeur Chocolate Factory

The name DouceSoeur is a play on words that has two meanings. It designates the chocolate “sweets” made by the company and also refers to the contribution of Louise Des Rosiers, Monique’s sister, who played a leading role in starting DouceSoeur.

They subsequently modified their mother's family recipe for butterscotch and made the famous and popular Croquenbouche.
