1. Delivery costs
- Free delivery for any basket of $50 or more (before taxes) in Quebec, and $100 in Canada.
- Quebec: $10 + taxes (exceptions possible for remote regions)
- Canada: $20 + taxes
- United States: $40 + taxes
Free shipping and flat-rate policies apply to individual orders only. They cannot be used for corporate orders (e.g., one buyer for multiple addresses). Signé Local reserves the right to group orders placed by the same customer to prevent abuse.
For corporate orders:
- Greater Montreal area: $10 per address
- Rest of Quebec: $15 per address
- Rest of Canada: $25 per address
This pricing structure allows us to process all orders fairly while maintaining quality service.
2. Order processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent.
- A tracking number will be provided to you to allow you to follow the progress of the delivery.
3. Delivery areas
- Signed Local ships to all valid Canadian and US addresses.
- Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or returned packages.
4. Products damaged during transport
- If you receive a damaged product upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package by contacting our customer service at bonjour@signelocal.com . Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- After analyzing your claim, we will determine if the damage occurred during shipping. If so, we will file a claim with the carrier. Signed Local reserves the right, at its discretion, to offer you a product replacement or a gift card credit equal to the amount of the damaged product.
- Please note that Signed Local is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery or due to mishandling by the recipient.
5. Incorrect, expired or missing products
- If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package by contacting our customer service at bonjour@signelocal.com . Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and clear photos of the products received and packaging.
- After receiving your claim, we will verify the shipping error. If confirmed, Signed Local reserves the right , at its discretion, to send you the correct product at no additional cost or to offer you a gift card credit equivalent to the amount of the affected item.
- We may also ask you to return the incorrect product in its original, unused condition. In this case, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to facilitate the process.
6. Limitation of liability in the event of package theft
- Signed Local is not responsible for stolen packages if the carrier confirms delivery.
- We strongly recommend that you choose a secure shipping address or provide special instructions in the comments section when ordering to avoid this kind of inconvenience.
7. Unclaimed, refused or incorrect address package
- If a package is returned to us because you did not claim it, you refused it, or the address is incorrect, we will refund the merchandise less the carrier's fees and any applicable administration fees. You can also repay the delivery charges to have your order resent to you.
8. Delivery guarantee (optional)
- To protect your orders against loss, theft, or damage during transit, Signé Local now offers a Delivery Guarantee, a protection payable at the time of ordering.
- Warranty Fees — The fee for this warranty is calculated based on the total value of your order.
- Coverage offered — If your package is lost or damaged by the carrier before delivery, Signé Local will take priority in reshipping a new package free of charge. If the package goes missing during transport, we will also ensure reshipment.
- Exclusion — The warranty expires once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided. Items stolen after the carrier confirms delivery are not covered. Address errors (incorrect address provided when ordering) are not covered.
- Claims Procedure — Please contact bonjour@signelocal.com within 48 hours of noticing the loss, theft, or damage, mentioning that you selected the Delivery Guarantee at checkout.
