Picked by hand in late autumn from the taiga soil, the little ruby red balls are transformed into tasty jams in small batches with a minimum of organic sugar.
Because it is not very sweet, lingonberry jam will delight your taste buds at breakfast, but it will also go wonderfully well with your savory confections.
