Organic Kombu Royal (Sea Lasagna) is an excellent source of iodine (boosts the immune system), protein, iron, calcium, magnesium and fibre . This seaweed is picked by hand and is then dried, in order to preserve its flavors longer, and flaked to facilitate its use.
Tasty, its refined vegetable taste is slightly sweet and slightly fleur de sel. Sprinkle it to enhance the flavor of your dishes such as poke bowls , seafood, fish, meats, sauces, smoothies, soups, soups, salads, cocktails, starters, desserts, ice creams...
