A sweet and tangy blend of lime, maple sugar and sumac, designed to turn a blonde or white beer into a refreshing boreal cocktail. Sprinkled over the head, it colours the beer in one or two minutes.
Staghorn sumac, traditionally used by several Indigenous peoples, brings a tangy note; maple sugar adds boreal sweetness. Les Épices du Guerrier, a First Nations company from Québec City, also suggests it as a base for homemade sour cocktails, on ice cream or yogurt, and in sparkling water.
Format: 60 g glass shaker jar.
Ingredients: powdered lime juice, sugars (maple sugar, sugar), beet powder, sumac.
Allergens: according to the maker, these ingredients contain no gluten, but they may have been processed in a facility that handles foods that may contain it.
Serving suggestion: pour the beer into a glass and sprinkle the blend evenly over the head, without stirring. Let it dissolve for one to two minutes, until the beer takes on colour, then stir very gently if needed.
Storage: in an airtight container, away from moisture.
Origin: blend by Les Épices du Guerrier, a company based in Québec City, in the Capitale-Nationale region.

What is the order processing time?
The order processing time is generally 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Yes. As soon as your package is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number provided by the carrier.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping is free for all orders of $50 or more (before taxes) shipped within Quebec. Fees apply for smaller orders and for deliveries elsewhere in Canada. Please refer to our shipping policy for full details.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes. All online orders can be picked up at our Brossard store located in Mail Champlain.

Why did I receive multiple packages for a single order?
Some products are shipped directly by our partner merchants as part of our partnered delivery model. As a result, you may receive your order in multiple separate packages.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us promptly at bonjour@signelocal.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
I’m sending a gift. Will the products have price tags?
No. If you selected the “This is a gift” option at checkout, our team will make sure all price tags are removed.
Can I include a note with my gift?
Absolutely. By selecting the “This is a gift” option, you can add a personalized message, which we will include in the package.
Are all online products also available in your stores?
Not necessarily. While many of our online products are available in our physical stores, some items are exclusive to our online platform or may be out of stock in certain locations. Availability can vary by store and change frequently.
