Taste the Gaspé terroir, one bite at a time, with the Voyageur box of forest chocolates by Couleur Chocolat, in the Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine.

Sweet fern, juniper berry and Radoune gin, cherry birch syrup and wintergreen create a journey of local flavours. The spices were harvested by Gaspésie Sauvage, the gin distilled by Distillerie O'Dwyer and the organic cherry birch syrup made by Érablière Escuminac.

Format: 4 pieces, 40 g

Ingredients: Sugars (sugar, invert sugar, dextrose, cherry birch syrup, strawberry and pear purees, malted barley extract), sorbitol, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, cream, powdered milk, cocoa beans, butter, butter oil, soy and/or sunflower and/or canola lecithin, spirit alcohol (gin 0.8%), pepper, salt, natural flavours (vanilla, juniper berry, wintergreen, sweet fern).

Allergens: Milk, barley (gluten); soy (depending on the lecithin used).

Serving suggestion: Savour one piece at a time, for tasting or as a dessert.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light.
