A classic from southwest France, this dish, steeped in peasant traditions, is the perfect embodiment of home cooking and comfort food. What's better than a recipe where all the ingredients are entirely homemade? An authentic recipe to be enjoyed slowly.

Additional Storage Information: Place contents in a baking dish and brown slowly. Keep refrigerated for 3-6 days after opening.
