Enjoy an extraordinary gastronomic experience in a rural setting in St-Bruno-de-Montarville. Born in Alsace and coming from a family that has been winegrowers for four generations, Thierry Kobloth dreams of owning a business and continuing the tradition. He became a chef in 1988. His experience allowed him to be a chef in several major hotels in Switzerland and the south of France. He left his native Alsace in 1994 to settle in Quebec and in 2004 became the owner of a vineyard just a few kilometers from Montreal. He also seizes the opportunity to share his culinary talents with others... Here is a glimpse of his menu: poached or grilled salmon, chicken stuffed with goat cheese and blackcurrant coulis, duck confit and many other dishes including Alsatian specialties like sauerkraut. We eat and drink, we chat and we have fun in a peaceful and natural environment.
