Absintherie des Cantons is a family-run microdistillery established in Granby, in the heart of the Eastern Townships, and embodies the result of hard work and passion. Here, products are crafted with exceptional care, following traditional methods, and in limited quantities. The story of this distillery began in 2013 with an absinthe tasting experience, thus triggering an extraordinary adventure. A captivating journey followed, taking them to France and Switzerland, in search of the roots of the mysterious green drink. During this journey in the footsteps of absinthe, they acquired the essential knowledge necessary to create an exceptional absinthe, authentic and delicate, as it was savored at the time.
