Organic black spruce from Canada is obtained by distilling the needles of this conifer, which is the most widespread in the boreal forest.

Directions for use: This oil can be diffused to strengthen the immune system. To revitalize and energize the entire body, apply it as a local massage to the lower back region (near the waist) for 1 to 2 minutes. More subtly, black spruce helps support our efforts and brings recognition of the importance of aiming for the highest peaks with courage, confidence and patience.
Composition: Monoterpene esters: bornyl acetate (32%), isobornyl acetate. Monoterpenes: camphene 10-16%, alpha-pinene 15 to 20%, limonene, delta-3-carene, beta-phellandrene, sabinene, santene. The hydrosol has a composition different from EO: alpha-terpineol, borneol, terpinene-4-ol and camphene hydrate
Caution: You should not use essential oils if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use essential oils undiluted. Essential oils are used diluted in vegetable oil on the skin. Perform a skin tolerance test in the elbow crease and wait at least 48 hours before using on the skin. Do not use the essential oil if you notice redness, irritation or tingling.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Essential oils should not be applied to the eyes, around the eyes, or in the ears. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil and promptly consult a health care practitioner.
