As you walk through the doors of Bistro Kapzak, you will feel the flame kept alive by chef-owner Jason Kacprzak and his whole team. In a rustic comfort, you will feel at ease, whether for a dinner in good company, an evening with friends or even a business meeting. Passionate about cooking, chef Jason Kacprzak already has more than twenty years of experience in the trade. Each season he offers his customers a brand-new menu, showcasing a culinary concept that blends his Polish heritage and his Quebec roots. For the chef, processing products on site is essential in order to offer his clientele the least processed dishes possible while honoring local products to make everything even more flavorful. Bistro Kapzak also offers a variety of classic and revisited cocktails, all prepared with care in front of you. The selection of microbrewery beers available as well as the enticing list of privately imported wines round out chef Kacprzak's vision.

Yes. All products sold on our platform are both designed and made in Quebec, following strict criteria for origin and production.
The order processing time is generally 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
