The Strøm Nordic Spa on Nuns' Island is a hidden haven of peace just minutes from downtown Montreal, offering facilities in harmony with the vastness of nature. In addition to being Strøm's first location, it's also a wonderfully blended experience of nature and urbanity. It's hard to believe we're so close to the city. The thermal experience is based on a relaxing ritual alternating between hot and cold, followed by a period of intense relaxation. It helps eliminate toxins, relax muscles, improve sleep quality, and strengthen the immune system. Facilities include outdoor whirlpools, temperate and ice baths, Finnish saunas, a eucalyptus steam bath, thermal and Nordic waterfalls, and several indoor and outdoor relaxation areas with fireplaces.
