This is a preparation made from 100% foie gras seasoned with Port. Made with the utmost care and using traditional methods, this block of foie gras with Port adds character and a full-bodied touch to the foie gras, which will delight Port lovers!

Additional Storage Information: Refrigerate for three hours before serving. Allow to cool 15-20 minutes before opening to facilitate unmolding. Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part. The product will keep for 3-6 days in the refrigerator after opening.

Directions for use: Foie gras with Port wine is best enjoyed with brioche or a slice of toast. You can add fleur de sel, or accompany it with onion confit, fruit jelly, fresh figs, and pears. Pair your dish with a sweet white wine such as Sauternes and white Port.
