A graduate of the ITHQ in sommellerie, Claude welcomes you with great energy and dynamism to his wine workshops. He is excellent at popularizing his subject and encourages discussion to provide participants with the best possible experience. His professional career includes several years of presenting workshops to the general public and corporate clients, hosting private events: birthdays, weddings and providing services to restaurants such as cellar and wine list management.
