Never filtered or heated, raw honey is excellent for health because it retains traces of pollen, propolis, beeswax, original properties and aromas.
Additional information: This raw honey crystallizes in the jar and is consumed in this form. Harvested from mid-August to the end of September.
Raw honey is only liquid within 4 to 8 weeks after harvest from the hives. If you encounter raw honeys that are always of equal crystallization and very creamy, the beekeeper has surely added a step to the packaging: either stirring or seeding the honey. The most purists will say that it is no longer raw honey! Unpasteurized.
Directions for use: Melt in green tea with lemon slices or add to a smoothie, this honey is the essential element to add in any season.
