Caution: You should not use essential oils if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use essential oils undiluted. Essential oils are used diluted in vegetable oil on the skin. Perform a skin tolerance test in the elbow crease and wait at least 48 hours before using on the skin. Do not use the essential oil if you notice redness, irritation or tingling.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Essential oils should not be applied to the eyes, around the eyes, or in the ears. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil and promptly consult a health care practitioner.
