A birch syrup harvested and reduced by Gourmet Sauvage.
Rarer than maple syrup, it offers complex, woody and slightly caramelized notes. Delicious on pancakes, to glaze a meat or flavour a vinaigrette, it reflects the boreal craftsmanship of the Laurentides.
Format: 130 ml
Serving suggestion: Pour over your breakfasts, to glaze your meats or flavour your vinaigrettes and sauces.
Storage: Keep away from light and refrigerate after opening.
