Birch syrup is made from long-boiled birch sap, using the same process as maple syrup. The result is an exceptional and unrivaled product with notes of molasses, anise and coffee whose residual acidity is reminiscent of balsamic vinegar.

Directions for use: Birch syrup is used in sweet cooking but mainly as a condiment. It is a unique product with multiple possibilities that cooking lovers will have renewed pleasure in using. Use it in a host of recipes: as an Italian dip with olive oil and fresh bread, to marinate meats and tofu, to finish on a cheese and charcuterie platter, to grill vegetables on the BBQ , for vinaigrettes, to deglaze scallops and to make biscuits or molasses tarts
