An artisanal fir syrup, made by Gourmet Sauvage.
Its resinous, woody notes recall the spruce and fir forests of Quebec. Delicious on pancakes, in a tea or to flavour your desserts and cocktails, it carries the boreal signature of the Laurentides.
Format: 245 ml
Serving suggestion: Pour over your breakfasts, flavour your hot drinks or your cocktails, or drizzle over your desserts.
Storage: Keep away from light and refrigerate after opening.
