A pure duck Terrine, cooked with duck breast, foie gras and Madagascar Green Pepper. This Terrine, more full-bodied, is a treat for amateurs. To be placed on a good toast with a platter of strong cheeses and a glass of red wine. Cool before consuming. Sterilized canned.

Directions for use: Serve chilled on a few slices of toast and a bed of salad.
