A black tea spiced with cinnamon, cardamom, coriander and sweet fennel, in 25 compostable sachets. Full-bodied and smooth, it can be enjoyed plain or with a splash of milk, which gives it a creamy roundness.

Atelier So Lovely, whose workshop-boutique is in Knowlton, in Lac-Brome, in the Eastern Townships (Estrie), blends and packs this vegan tea in Canada. Its ingredients come from Sri Lanka, India, Egypt and Thailand. It has a medium caffeine content.

Format: pouch of 25 compostable plant-based sachets, 50 g (1.76 oz).

Ingredients: black tea, cinnamon, cardamom, coriander, sweet fennel, lemongrass leaves, natural flavours (organic compliant).

Serving suggestion: heat the water to 100 °C (212 °F) and steep one sachet for 3 to 5 minutes, to taste. Add a splash of milk as desired.
