In rustic comfort, you'll feel at ease, whether you're enjoying a dinner in good company, an evening with friends, or even a business meeting. Passionate about cooking, Chef Jason Kacprzak already has over twenty years of experience in the industry. He offers his customers a brand new menu each season, showcasing a culinary concept that blends his Polish heritage and Quebecois roots. For the chef, processing products on-site is essential in order to offer his customers the least processed dishes possible while honoring local products to make everything even more delicious. Bistro Kapzak also offers a variety of classic and revisited cocktails, all carefully concocted right in front of you. The selection of microbrewery beers available, as well as the enticing wine list from private imports, complement Chef Kacprzak's vision.
