These all-butter rosemary shortbreads are incredible for entertaining or as a hostess gift! The perfect addition to salads, wine and cheese nights, or simply as a super-sweet treat.
To make the little shortbreads that are sold throughout Quebec, the recipe is based on a slightly Breton recipe, but we use only Quebec products. For example, we use organic Quebec flour and pure butter from a dairy cooperative in Saguenay Lac Saint Jean.

Ingredients: Unbleached white wheat flour, salted butter, whole eggs, parmesan cheese, rosemary, salt, sugar, baking soda. Contains: Wheat, egg. May contain: Tree nuts and peanuts, sesame seeds, sulfites, soy, milk.
