These pure butter parmesan and sesame poppy shortbreads are incredible when you entertain at home or to bring as a host gift! The perfect ally for your salads, wine and cheese evenings or as a simple, extremely indulgent snack.
To make the p'tits shortbreads which are sold throughout Quebec, the basis of the recipe is slightly Breton but we only use Quebec products. For example, we use organic Quebec flour and pure butter from a dairy cooperative in Saguenay Lac Saint Jean.
