Format: 150 g.
Ingredients: sugar (sugar, corn starch), chocolate powder [sugars (sugar, dextrose), chocolate liquor], alkalized cocoa powder, xanthan gum. Another version of the recipe lists: sugar, semi-sweet chocolate (chocolate liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), alkalized cocoa powder, xanthan gum. Contents may vary by batch; refer to the label on the product you receive.
Allergens: the semi-sweet chocolate version contains soy. May contain milk, molluscs and crustaceans.
Serving suggestion: pour 3/4 cup (175 ml) of the milk of your choice into a saucepan and sprinkle in 3 tablespoons (35 g) of powder. Heat gently until the mixture starts to simmer, whisking vigorously to blend in the chocolate. Remove from the heat and pour into a mug.
Storage: in an airtight container, in a cool place away from moisture. The product is sensitive to heat.
Origin: handmade in Mont-Blanc, in the Laurentians.
