Three small 4 oz scented soy candles, lined up side by side in a cardboard box that is ready to give. A way to share several The Souk Factory fragrances at once, or to treat yourself.
The Souk Factory hand-pours its candles in Terrebonne, in Lanaudière. The set is meant as an invitation to slow down and breathe in, like wandering the aisles of a souk.
What's inside: three 4 oz scented soy candles, each with about 25 hours of burn time. The set in the photo holds Ginger Spice, Nomad Smoke and Pulp Dream; fragrances may vary, so go by the set you receive.
Materials: 100% natural soy wax, phthalate-free and paraben-free fragrances, cotton wick, glass jars with lids. Vegan and cruelty-free candles.
Origin: candles hand-poured in Terrebonne, Lanaudière.
Precautions: never leave a burning candle unattended and do not let it burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Trim the wick to about 4 mm before each lighting. Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and out of the reach of children and pets.

Are all products designed and made in Quebec?
Yes. All products sold on our platform are both designed and made in Quebec, following strict criteria for origin and production.
What is the order processing time?
The order processing time is generally 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your package is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number provided by the carrier.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping is free for all orders of $50 or more (before taxes) shipped within Quebec. Fees apply for smaller orders and for deliveries elsewhere in Canada. Please refer to our shipping policy for full details.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes. All online orders can be picked up at our Brossard store located in Mail Champlain.

Why did I receive multiple packages for a single order?
Some products are shipped directly by our partner merchants as part of our partnered delivery model. As a result, you may receive your order in multiple separate packages.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us promptly at bonjour@signelocal.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
I’m sending a gift. Will the products have price tags?
No. If you selected the “This is a gift” option at checkout, our team will make sure all price tags are removed.
Can I include a note with my gift?
Absolutely. By selecting the “This is a gift” option, you can add a personalized message, which we will include in the package.
Are all online products also available in your stores?
Not necessarily. While many of our online products are available in our physical stores, some items are exclusive to our online platform or may be out of stock in certain locations. Availability can vary by store and change frequently.
