What's inside: a gift card for one activity of your choice from more than 120 packages, generally valid for 1 or 2 people; some packages accommodate larger groups.
Validity: the box has no expiry date.
How to use: choose your package on the Coffrets Prestige website, then book directly with the partner business by phone or email, giving your box number. Each partner's booking and cancellation policies apply. To exchange the box, log in to your account on the Coffrets Prestige website, open the "Échanger mon coffret" tab and enter the 21-digit code; pay the difference if applicable. The new virtual box is sent to you as a PDF within minutes.

Yes. All products sold on our platform are both designed and made in Quebec, following strict criteria for origin and production.
The order processing time is generally 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
