L'Absintherie des Cantons is a family microdistillery established in Granby, in the heart of the Eastern Townships, and embodies the result of hard, passionate work. Here, products are crafted with exceptional care, following traditional methods, and in limited quantities. The story of this distillery began in 2013 during an absinthe tasting experience, sparking an extraordinary adventure. A captivating journey followed, taking them to France and Switzerland in search of the roots of the mysterious green drink. During this journey in the footsteps of absinthe, they acquired the essential knowledge needed to create an exceptional, authentic and delicate absinthe, as it was savoured back in the day.
