With a menu that changes with the market and the seasons, thanks to the chef's passion, Le Bleu Raisin offers a marriage of French cuisine with the products of Quebec artisans, creating a multitude of culinary choices for its customers. The selected servers are there to inform you of what you will discover on your plate (see the menu) and you will already be hungry just hearing the names of these delicate dishes. At Le Bleu Raisin, the plates are filled to suit all appetites. For Frédéric Mey, chef and owner of the place, it is important to promote Quebec products. Originally from France, he does not hesitate to use Quebec foods, which nevertheless add a delicacy to the cooked dishes and support local producers. In addition, these flavors married with French cuisine allow for the creation of interesting and tasty plates.
