In October 1963, three dynamic guys launched into the hotel business: Roland St-Pierre, Guy Moreau, and Jean-Jacques Boutin joined forces: the Boulevard was born. Guy Moreau and his wife, Lucille St-Pierre, subsequently took over the smooth running of the business. Starting as a simple snack bar in the 1960s, the Boulevard gradually grew and changed to become the gastronomic destination of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
