Instructions for use - For daily use:

1. Wet the glove and apply shower gel or cleansing treatment.

• Massage gently in circular motions over the body.
• Rinse your skin and the glove, then hang it to dry naturally.

For weekly use

1. Take a warm shower or bath for a few minutes to open your pores.
2. Soak the glove in water to moisten it well, then wring it out.
3. Make sure your skin is just damp, which is ideal for effective exfoliation.
4. Rub the skin vigorously with the glove, using circular motions on the shoulders, torso, and knees, and upward motions on the arms, legs, and back. You will see dead skin cells peel off as visible residue.
5. Rinse your skin thoroughly with warm water to remove dead skin cells and impurities, then rinse the glove.
6. Hang the glove to dry naturally, then apply a nourishing oil, such as organic argan oil, to soothe and restore moisture to your skin.
