Directions for use:
No-blender option: In a mason jar, pour 1 cup (250 ml) of your favorite non-dairy milk. Add 4 tbsp. of our Tropical Blue Smoothie mix. Shake vigorously until smooth. (Adding a small metal ball or ice cubes can improve the blending, but they are not required.) Pour into a pretty glass and enjoy!
Blender Option : Prepare your smoothie as usual (ice, liquid, banana) and add 4 scoops of our blend.
