To make these brittle pieces, we pour sheets of Breton caramel, cooked to be hard and crunchy, which we let set before coating it with milk chocolate and salted peanuts embedded in the chocolate.
The result: a sweet and savory, crunchy and melt-in-your-mouth snack that is absolutely delicious!
