Black spruce, an emblematic conifer of Québec's forests, offers a fresh, resinous taste with woody, subtly tangy notes reminiscent of citrus zest. Its young shoots flavour infusions, sauces, marinades, meat and fish dishes, and are the key ingredient in the famous spruce beer.

Ingredients: black spruce shoots (Picea mariana).
Serving suggestion: infuse the shoots in hot water, add them to your sauces and marinades, or grind them into powder for your preparations. Not recommended for pregnant women and children under 5.
Storage: store in an airtight container, away from moisture.
