At Le Bleu Raisin, the plates are filled to suit all appetites. For Frédéric Mey, chef and owner of the place, it is important to promote Quebec products. Originally from France, he does not hesitate to use Quebec foods, which nevertheless add a delicacy to the cooked dishes and support local producers.
