Les Mauvaises Herbes makes it by hand in Montréal, using only natural ingredients and no additives. It is vegan.
Format: 31 g pouch, about 18 servings. The beet powder comes in a small clear bag inside the pouch.
Ingredients: rose (Rosa centifolia), chamomile (Matricaria recutita), beet powder (Beta vulgaris).
Serving suggestion: pour 1 cup (250 ml) of hot plant-based drink or milk over 1 tbsp of the herb blend. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes, strain, then add 1/8 tsp of beet powder and stir. Sweeten to taste. For children aged 2 to 7, use 1 tsp of the blend.
Storage: in an airtight container, away from moisture.
Origin: handmade in Montréal.
