Preparation :
For 375 ml of blue night latte...
In a saucepan, pour 375 ml of plant-based drink or milk over 1 tbsp of herbal blend. Heat over low heat while remembering the little joys of your day.
When the mixture begins to simmer, turn off the heat and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes, during which time it is important to prepare the place where the latte will be enjoyed.
Strain, add 1/2 tsp of blue pea powder and mix. The blue pea powder is in a clear bag, right in the bag!
Sweeten to taste and enjoy.
Go to sleep.

Ingredients: Lavender buds (Lavandula x intermedia), holy basil leaves (Ocimum sanctum), blue pea powder (Clitoria ternatea).
Precautions: Safe for children 6 years and older! Simply make half a serving. Holy basil may interact with blood thinners, antiplatelet drugs, antidiabetics, and barbiturates. Avoid holy basil as a precaution during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
