Preparation :
For 375 ml of pink night latte...
1. In a saucepan, pour 375 ml of vegetable drink or milk over 1 1/2 tbsp. tablespoons herbal mixture. Heat over low heat while remembering the little joys of your day.
2. When the mixture begins to simmer, turn off the heat and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes, during which time the place where the latte will be tasted should be well prepared.
3. Strain, add 1/4 tsp. beetroot powder and mix. ***The beetroot powder is in a transparent bag, directly in the bag!***
4. Sweeten to taste and enjoy.
5. Sleep.
