A sweet and tangy marmalade where the bitterness of orange meets the softness of honey. The recipe is inspired by a marmalade discovered in a bakery in Bologna, Italy.
Miels d'Anicet makes it by hand, right on its farm in Ferme-Neuve, in the Hautes-Laurentides. It is sweetened only with honey, with no refined sugar added. On toast spread with cream cheese, it makes a simple breakfast.
Format: 212 ml.
Ingredients: oranges, honey, lemon juice.
Serving suggestion: spread it on toast with cream cheese, or serve it with yogurt or a dessert.
Storage: refrigerate after opening; once opened, it keeps for two years in the refrigerator.
Origin: handmade on the farm in Ferme-Neuve, in the Laurentides region.
