A tangy, floral syrup made with cranberry and Labrador tea, with woody notes of mint and eucalyptus.

The cranberries and Labrador tea are harvested in Quebec's peat bogs and boreal forests. Kabir Kouba Inspiration makes this syrup by hand, in small batches, in Wendake.

Format: 200 ml glass bottle

How to use: In cocktails, mocktails or lemonade; in a vinaigrette or sauce; with fresh or aged cheeses; over yogurt, ice cream or panna cotta.

Storage: 12 months unopened, at room temperature and out of the sun. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 6 months.

Precautions: Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, because of the Labrador tea.

Origin: handmade in Wendake, in the Capitale-Nationale region of Quebec.
