Inspired by the roots of our ancestral land and the scents of our Quebec forests, the flavors of maple and boreal aromas now come together in an exceptional maple syrup.
Gastronomy and distillers are already well aware that the aromas of our forests bring unique flavors and aromas to their dishes and spirits. It was therefore obvious to us that the same would be true for another jewel of our Quebec undergrowth: maple syrup.
