Each spring, from their maple grove located in one of the richest maple terroirs in Quebec, we select the best maple syrup, an exceptional product that is 100% pure. In order to make this amber nectar with its rich and tasty taste even more exceptional, it is aged in freshly emptied whiskey oak barrels.
As it ages, the syrup with caramelized flavors absorbs the delicious aromas of the barrel, which give it vanilla, woody notes and a delicate Whiskey flavor. As a bonus, it has a very long, tasty finish thanks to its syrupy texture. The result of this combination is simply divine!
