Chocolate bar

An 80 g chocolate bar to enjoy square by square. Juliette et Chocolat makes it in Quebec in six flavours:

• Blond chocolate, sucre à la crème and pecans: white chocolate cooked for a very long time at low temperature, with sucre à la crème (Quebec cream fudge) and pecans.
• Milk chocolate and crunchy caramelized biscuit: 33% cocoa milk chocolate with caramelized biscuits.
• Dark chocolate with red fruits: Belgian dark chocolate with strawberries, raspberries and cranberries.
• Florentin dark chocolate: 56% cocoa dark chocolate with almonds, honey and candied oranges.
• White chocolate with sparkling lemon pieces: white chocolate with tangy lemon pieces.
• Dark chocolate with fleur de sel caramel: 56% cocoa dark chocolate with fleur de sel caramel.

Format: 80 g bar.

Ingredients, blond with sucre à la crème: chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, skim milk powder, whey powder, milk fat, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), sugars (maple syrup, sugar, brown sugar, glucose, maple sugar), 35% cream (milk, dextrose, microcrystalline cellulose, locust bean gum, cellulose gum, carrageenan, polysorbate 80), pecans, butter.

Ingredients, milk and caramelized biscuit: chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla), biscuits (enriched wheat flour and whole wheat flour, sugar, soybean oil, honey, salt, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate, artificial flavour, asparaginase), butter, brown sugar, sugar.

Ingredients, Florentin dark: chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla), candied oranges (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, potassium sorbate, citric acid, sulphur dioxide), almonds, sugar, butter, honey, water, sodium benzoate.

Ingredients, dark with fleur de sel caramel: 56% dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla), butter, sugar, glucose, fleur de sel, natural vanilla flavour.

Allergens, dark with fleur de sel caramel: contains milk and soy. May contain wheat, gluten, peanuts and other nuts. It is made with ingredients that do not contain gluten, but may contain traces of gluten.

Serving suggestion: enjoy it square by square as a snack, or give it to a chocolate lover.

Storage: keeps for several weeks at room temperature, as long as it does not exceed 20 °C, in a dry place away from light. Above 20 °C, keep the bar in the fridge and take it out a little before eating.
