Jasmine Green Tea

INGREDIENTS : Organic green tea, whole jasmine flower.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE :

Avoid boiling water . The ideal temperature for brewing Chinese green tea is between 70°C and 85°C. Above 85°C, the flavor and nutrients of green tea may be denatured.

Avoid steeping for too long . Steep hot for 3-5 minutes and remove the bag or loose herbs when the infusion is to your liking. Beyond this steeping time, green tea will tend to become bitter.

Contains caffeine.

Loose : ½ -1 tsp per cup (150 ml)

Each bag : 2 to 4 cups (300 to 600 ml)
