Sunflower Herbal Tea

INGREDIENTS : Peach, organic marigold flower, organic dandelion leaf, sunflower petal, organic sweet osmanthus flower, organic milk thistle seed, organic peach essence.

DIRECTIONS : Infuse hot for 5-10 minutes or cold for 12-24 hours. Purifying herbs are generally bitter. Beyond the recommended infusion time, the bitterness of the detoxifying herbs will tend to overpower the peach flavor. Avoid steeping for too long and remove the bag before drinking if you wish to prevent bitterness. Caffeine-free, can be enjoyed at any time of day. Delicious hot or iced, and even reheated the next day.

Loose : ½ -1 tsp per cup (150 ml)
