Smash Tonic Basilic-Menthe: an ultra-fresh concentrate of mint, basil and citrus with a gently aniseed finish. Kimchi Caesar: a new-style Caesar made from kimchi brine, fresh tomatoes and a homemade vegan bonito, with a salty, spicy finish. Amer Forestier: born of a collaboration with Sombre et amer, with notes of conifers and wild roots, the ideal partner for gin and clear spirits.
