Appletini: A spicy apple pie flavor without the added sugar. This tangy blend of lacto-fermented Quebec apples is the perfect pairing for a Boreal gin, shaken into a Martini, or added to sparkling wine to make a Spritz.
Basil-Mint Tonic Smash: A hybrid between a Mojito and a Basil Smash is now possible with this ultra-fresh concentrate composed of mint, basil, and citrus with a gently aniseed finish. Perfect for adding freshness and a vibrant color to your cocktails.
Kimchi Caesar: A new kind of Caesar. Perfect for adding an umami flavor to your appetizers. It's made with kimchi water, fresh tomatoes, and homemade vegan bonito. Its slightly salty finish and spicy flavor are the perfect pairing to kick off your aperitif!
Amer Forestier: A collaboration with Sombre et Amer, it offers aromas of conifers and wild roots. The perfect partner for cold drinks, gin, and clear spirits.

Non-alcoholic: Sparkling water, Ginger ale, Green or black tea
Kimchi Caesar: Use with: Vodka, Gin, Beer, Tequila, Mezcal
Non-alcoholic: Non-alcoholic beer, lemonade, tomato juice
Smash: Use with: Gin, Vodka, Tequila, White Rum, Pastis
Non-alcoholic: Sparkling water, Lemonade, Coconut water
This kit contains 3 bottles and one bitter: Appletini, Basil-Mint Tonic Smash and Kimchi Caesar.
Format: 3 bottles of 120mL and a bitter of 1 x 5mL. It allows you to make 12 to 15 cocktails.
