Buon aperitivo! The Spritz syrup is an alcohol-free way to recreate Italian-style bitter aperitifs.
Its bitter orange taste and tangy finish pair perfectly with a sparkling wine in a spritz, or simply with sparkling water. It also lets you prepare lower-alcohol Negronis or Manhattans, in the spirit of local mixologists.
Format: 503 ml
Serving suggestion: In a glass with ice, add 1 part syrup, 2 to 3 parts sparkling wine and 1 part sparkling water. Garnish with an orange slice, stir and enjoy. For an alcohol-free version, replace the sparkling wine with sparkling water or fresh juice.
Storage: Keep away from light in its amber glass bottle and refrigerate after opening.
