A gourmet duo to discover all the richness of camelina.
This set brings together the oil and roasted seeds of camelina, proudly produced in the Montérégie region. A lovely way to enjoy the hazelnut and sesame aromas of this local crop, both cold and as a garnish.
Serving suggestion: use the oil cold in your salads and dressings, and sprinkle the roasted seeds over your dishes for a crunchy touch.
Storage: store away from light, at room temperature; refrigerate the oil after opening.
