Warm and Woody Honeycomb:
Honey with a beautiful viscosity and aromas of butter and toasted coconut. Tastes of barley sugar, finishing with a hint of spices. With this delightful blend of warm and woody aromas, this honey will primarily pair with fresh cheeses and blue cheeses.
Not only are these two allies visually stunning side-by-side, but the delicate sweetness of the honeycomb mitigates the intensity or acidity of the cheese. The contrast in textures between the crunchy honeycomb and the smooth, silky cheese creates the perfect bite.
Fresh and Floral Honeycomb:
Very aromatic and slightly tangy. It has a strong and pleasant taste of fresh flowers and mint. It finishes with a delicate note reminiscent of lime zest. The intensity and taste of linden honey are stronger than its color suggests. The general rule is that the darker the honey, the stronger the flavor: this is not the case with linden honey. It will accentuate the delicate fragrance of brie or camembert and highlight their creamy and melting textures.
